Yeah so me and my room mate dyed red highlights into our hair today with our friends so we could match and to have fun. So on our way out the door she said she wasn't bringing her key if i had mine on me, well stupid me was like yeah i have the key right here in my ID pouch, well...I didn't have it in my pouch, Right after the door shut I felt my pouch for the key and I was like OH SHIT. The key was not there, so...

I panicked and said i don't have the key, my room mate thought i was joking and was laughing saying very funny, then i was like OMG she dosen't believe me! SO i ran outside (after i ran out she believed me) and tried to open the window to our room because we live on the first floor, I ripped the screen off the window and tried getting the window open, as for my luck they are stranger proof windows so people don't break in and rob us. So then I ran to the emergency red telephone outside i picked it up and got security who told me to contact my RA (Resident Assistant) Well our RA told us she had some spare keys and the master key to all the rooms. So we trusted her...

1 and 1/2 hours later she tried all her keys called the head of the RA's for the hall got her keys tried and called security to get our door opened. So security came down tried their keys which didn't work, then called more security peoples, etc etc. then eventually it led to them calling the people who already were sent home from work (the matinence people) because they figured they would have the key because it was a temp. door knob from the door knob not working on move in day and the matinence guy gave us the keys, theyd have a spare right? NO they didn't...

Meanwhile what were we doing the whole time they were fixing the problem?

DYING OUR HAIR IN THE BATHROOM!!! Lmao We're multi-taskers! (red highlights)

So after 2 and a half hours they told us to sit in the lounge and they wouldn't let anyone in the hall. The RA was pissed at us and she wouldn't let anyone watch them so she posted paper on the window to the door and didnt let anyone in. Although she saw us giggling in the hall at the situation and all out friends phones were in the room. The VERDICT? we got back in our room but they tried using credit cards first, in the long run they just busted down our door! lol What a fun day!

So we learned our lesson: DON'T LEAVE YOUR KEY IN THE ROOM!!!
